1. Services

Neuens Chimney Service provides professional chimney inspections, chimney sweeping, fireplace and stove services, chimney repairs, masonry services, and related services throughout Northern Wisconsin and the surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site inspection before final pricing can be determined.

2. Estimates

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins, including hidden structural damage, code deficiencies, or safety concerns. Any additional work requiring approval will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance and may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are asked to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled appointment time.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment as listed on our invoices.

Late payments may be subject to applicable collection procedures and permitted fees under Wisconsin law.

5. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated missed appointments or cancellations without notice may result in scheduling restrictions or cancellation fees.

6. Safety

Our technicians reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are encountered, including but not limited to:

Unsafe roofs or ladders
Severe weather
Aggressive animals
Unsafe structural conditions
Any condition that could place our employees or customers at risk

7. Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Neuens Chimney Service regarding:

Appointment confirmations
Scheduling updates
Estimate approvals
Invoice notifications
Service reminders

Customers are responsible for operating fireplaces, stoves, and heating appliances according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
