Neuen’s operates a very well run business. They communicate promptly, explain their service clearly and show up exactly as scheduled. We have our furnace inspected annually and now plan to do the same for the fireplace. Problems in the fireplace could be much more serious than those in a furnace.

Switched to Neuens this Fall and thankfully we did. The guys uncovered a gap between the stove pipe and flue, leaving insulation exposed. We also wanted a 2nd opinion on our stone fireplace which has liner cracks. Cleaning was A-1 and reports were considered, allowing us to get quotes for repairs. Just call early as thier schedule fills quickly.

Excellent, prompt service. The inspection and cleaning are very thorough with a detailed explanation at the end of the service. Fireplaces should be inspected annually just as furnaces are.
